This is a Limited Warranty. It is not an unconditional warranty against all hazards or failures. It is limited only to the original purchaser and is
not transferable. By purchasing this cylinder head it is understood by all parties that the customer accepts and agrees to comply with all terms and conditions of this limited warranty.This limited warranty is void
regardless of time and mileage under the following conditions:
1.Improper installation and any damage resulting therefrom;
2.Installation not performed by certified professional mechanics:
3.Repairs, disassembly,
alterations and/or modifications made to the cylinder head without prior authorization by a Cylinder Head King official;
4.Faulty related engine equipment including but not limited to the oiling system, cooling system, radiator,
water pump, thermostat, fueling, etc.;
5.Improper operation of the cylinder head as evidenced by the heat tab being melted down or missing;
6.Any signs or evidence of tampering with the beat tab;
7.Damage caused by detonation or pre-ignition;
8.Use on high performance vehicle, race car, police vehicle, ambulance or off-road vehicle.
This Limited Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the
cylinder head by or with approval of Cylinder Head King only, No labor allowance is given, intended or implied. Cylinder Head King make no warranties, expressed or implied, other than warranties of merchantability and fitness
for a particular purpose and all other obligations or liabilities on the part of Cylinder Head King that exist by law, and is not liable for any damages other than those provided by law. This warranty is limited in duration
to the warranty period stated above and does not apply to normal maintenance or adjustments.
This limited warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, whether oral or written, expressed or implied. Any implied
warranty of merchantability or fitness is limited to the duration and remedies stated in this warranty. No distributor, dealer, reseller or installer of Cylinder Head King cylinder heads or any employee of Cylinder Head King,
is authorized to change or modify any of the terms or conditions of this limited warranty, or make any other warranty statements binding on Cylinder Head King. The terms of this limited warranty constitutes the only agreement
between the remanufacturer and the purchaser, and are in lieu of any other warranties.
This limited warranty does not cover towing, oil, oil filter, anti-freeze, any incidental or consequential damages including, but not limited
to, those from loss of time or use of vehicle.
Any cylinder head with an alleged defect must be returned to the company that distributed the subject cylinder head on behalf of Cylinder Head King directly to Cylinder Head
King for inspection unless otherwise approved by an official of the remanufacturer. It is understood by the purchaser that no warranty consideration will be given without return of the remanufacturer cylinder head in question.
